Amperage (AMPS) is a measurement of electrical current. The theory is if the amperage of a motor is increased, it will create more cubic feet of air per minute (CFM) provided the vacuum is designed to handle the increased air flow. Higher amperage machines generally have higher performance, providing faster and more effective deep cleaning. Household standards may not exceed 12 amps due to circuit limitations

Remove all the screws from the bottom of the Electrolux power nozzle, and then remove the top cover. You will then need to remove the screws on each end of the brush roller, and then remove the brush. Put the blet on the motor and then around the brush pulley, then put the brush back into the power nozzle housing, and put the screws on each end back in. Now you can put on the top cover and screw in all the screws.
On the Epic serires, Guardian, Renesance, and some central vacuums, there is a little more work, you will need to take out the light socket and dirt seperator before getting to the brush roller.

If the bag full light keeps coming on, you can first try adjusting the dial on top of the vacuum cleaner. If that does not work, then you need to change the control valve. This is an internal component of the canister and is directly below the dial. You will need to follow the instructions on a previous post to open the Electrolux plastic canister vacuum, and remove the bage cage. Once you remove the bage cage you can change the control valve, and this will solve your problem with the bag full indicator.

Silde open the blower on the top of the machine and remove the two screws.
Remove the two screws in the front of the machine and the top cover will come off.
After the top cover has been removed, remove the two screws on the top near the cord winder, then remove the screw from the bottom side.
Once you remove the screws you can pull out the cordwinder.
After the cordwinder is pulled out, you can look directly at the motor. To service the motor you will need to remove four bolts, one on each corner of the motor.
You may also need to remove the four screws in the bag door if the control valve needs to be changed (this will need to be changed if you keep getting bag full)
